Absolutely! While we are based in Torcy, France, we work with clients all over the world. All communication, file delivery, and collaboration happen seamlessly online. We have successfully completed projects for clients in Europe, North America, Africa, and the Middle East.

We are fully bilingual in English and French. All deliverables, communication, and documentation can be provided in either language. We can also work with translators for other languages as needed.

Logo design packages start from around 300 EUR for our Starter tier, which includes concept exploration and basic deliverables. Our Professional package includes more concepts, unlimited revisions, and a brand guidelines document. Enterprise packages are fully custom. Yes, we offer three payment options: 100% upfront (with a 5% discount), a 50/50 split (50% to start, 50% on delivery), and milestone-based payments for larger projects. We are flexible and want to make it easy for you to get started.

Of course! If you start with a Starter package and realize you need more, you can upgrade at any time. We will simply calculate the difference and apply it to your project. Many clients start small and grow their scope as they see the quality of our work.

Our process has six clear steps: (1) Discover — we learn about your brand and goals, (2) Strategize — we develop a creative strategy, (3) Concept — we present initial design directions, (4) Refine — we iterate based on your feedback, (5) Deliver — we hand over all final files, and (6) Support — 30 days of post-delivery assistance. Each step has clear milestones and check-ins.

Timelines vary by project type. A logo design typically takes 1-2 weeks, a full brand identity 3-4 weeks, and a website design 4-8 weeks. We always provide a detailed timeline before starting so you can plan accordingly. Rush timelines are available upon request.

The number of revision rounds depends on your plan. Starter packages include 2 rounds of revisions. Professional packages come with unlimited revisions — we iterate until you are 100% satisfied. Enterprise clients receive unlimited revisions plus priority turnaround on feedback.

We primarily communicate via email and scheduled video calls. For faster feedback, we can also use WhatsApp, Slack, or your preferred messaging platform. You will receive regular progress updates, and we are always available for questions during business hours (9am-6pm CET).

This rarely happens because we invest heavily in the discovery and strategy phases. But if it does, we will discuss your feedback in detail, identify what is missing, and create a fresh round of concepts at no additional charge. Your satisfaction is our top priority.

You will receive all standard file formats including AI (Adobe Illustrator), PDF, SVG, PNG (with transparent backgrounds), and JPG. For web projects, you will also get optimized WebP and responsive assets. For print projects, we provide CMYK-ready files. All formats are organized in a clearly labeled folder structure.

Yes, 100%. Upon final payment, full ownership and copyright of all delivered designs transfer to you. You can use them however you wish without any restrictions. We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.

Files are delivered through our branded client portal where you can download everything in one organized package. For larger projects, we also provide Google Drive or Dropbox links. You will receive an email notification when your files are ready, along with a walkthrough of everything included.

Brand guidelines are included in Professional and Enterprise packages. The guidelines document covers logo usage rules, color palette specifications (HEX, RGB, CMYK, Pantone), typography, spacing requirements, and do/don't examples. It ensures consistency as your brand grows and evolves.

Yes! During the 30-day post-delivery support period, you can request additional file formats at no extra cost. After the support period, we are happy to provide additional formats for a small fee. We keep your project files securely archived for at least 2 years.

We use industry-standard tools including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects), Figma for UI/UX design and prototyping, and specialized tools for 3D rendering and architectural visualization. We also leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate certain workflows while maintaining creative quality.

We can recommend and help set up hosting on platforms like Vercel, Netlify, or traditional hosting providers based on your needs and budget. While we do not provide hosting directly, we can manage the deployment process and provide ongoing technical support.
